My career journey commenced in 2010 at HEB grocery company, where I dedicated a decade to honing my skills in the customer service industry across diverse roles. While discovering my passion for assisting people, I yearned for a new challenge, leading me to the realm of marketing.

Transitioning from customer service, I joined TaskUs, a BPO company, gaining five years of hands-on experience helping small to medium-sized businesses thrive on major social media platforms. Witnessing businesses being taken advantage of by inefficient marketing agencies fueled my determination to make a difference. This conviction prompted me to pursue a bachelor's degree in digital marketing.

During my last two years at TaskUs, I concurrently managed an Operations Manager role overseeing 200 employees across multiple projects, specializing in social media advertising strategy, lead generation, and market research. Though bittersweet, I left TaskUs after the birth of my son in 2023.

Throughout this journey, I harbored a dream of establishing my agency, dedicated to empowering small to medium businesses with effective marketing strategies. With a unique blend of skills and experience, I am enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact on as many businesses as possible.
